USA FREE SHIPPING

With our Free Standard Shipping your shoes are estimated to arrive within 3-6 business days once the packaged is processed within the continental USA. Deliveries are sent USPS. (COVID-19 Update: this can vary depending the week - we will update this space if any additional delays are suspected to slow your delivery down!)

 

USA PRIORITY: $5

Top up to Priority as a quicker way to get your shoes. Typically 2-5 business days in the continental USA. Orders with priority shipping placed after 11AM ET will ship out the next business day. We ship from Miramar Florida with timing fluctuations related to distance from here.

 

USA EXPIDITED: $25

The fastest way to get your shoes. Typically 2-3 business day in the continental USA. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 11AM ET will ship out the next business day. Deliveries are sent via UPS or FedEx Express.

 

NON-CONTINENTAL USA: $25 - $40

We have option for both USPS and Express. Timing on these will be similar to above depending on final destination and any current Covid related delays. Military and diplomatic DPO locations will fall into this grouping. Exact cost and timeline will be quoted at checkout.

 

CANADA: $30 - $50

Oh Canada! Oh how we wish we had better shipping solutions across the oh-so-close-border... however until we find these miracles we have option for both Canada Post and Express for you. Timing on these will be similar to above depending on final destination and any current Covid related delays. Applicable duties and taxes will be billed to you directly from Canada Post on arrival.

 

INTERNATIONAL: From $40 Postal, or $60 Express Courier

We continue to offer international delivery for all you globe trotting Jibs fanatics! Deliveries are sent USPS or FedEx depending on destination and service of delivery. See options at checkout from Starting at $40 Postal, or $60 Express Courier, based on order total order value. Currently First Class Mail option is taking 10-20 business day and the Express option 5-10 business days. Some Covid related additional delays may occur depending on destination country. HOW WE PROCESS EXCHANGES + REFUNDS

 

Try Jibs on with complimentary exchanges for domestic USA customers. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per pair. We kindly ask that you allow 7 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Plus, options for our Jibs-lifers outside the USA.

WHAT IS JIBS RETURN POLICY?

For orders placed in the Continental USA, you have 14 days from the date of delivery/receipt of your order to make a return of full price products. 

For a full refund of your original payment, shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please email hello@wearejibs.com. If you receive a shoe with quality imperfections, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the shoes.

Please note: There is a $5 restocking fee per pair if you use the prepaid return label provided (exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee).

The process for return & exchange is:

  • Kindly initiate a return or exchange by emailing hello@wearejibs.com or call/text 929-278-5427 
  • We will asses your needs and arrange a prepaid USPS return shipping label
  • If you are exchanging: once we see your return pair in movement with USPS we will release delivery of your new pair
  • If you are returning: once we receive your pair we will review to confirm it's original unworn condition and then refund your purchase which will arrive to your original format of payment within 7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to do a return past the 14 day period you may do so with a $15 per order restocking fee, or return choose to receive 100% value of initial order as store credit which can be used by yourself, or gifted.

For orders placed outside the Continental US, you have 14 days from the date of delivery/receipt of your order to make a return or exchange. All international exchanges and returns will not include a refund of initial shipping charges and/or the cost of the return shipping.
