Description Jibs is a digitally native footwear brand focused on sustainably-made fashion casual sneaker-shoes with mass appeal in the athleisure + travel markets. Loved by Jibs-lifers across the country and globe, we are a community of intergenerational , multi-ethnic life-loving souls who choose to truly enjoy the journey. To reach more individuals and spread our mission we are seeking a curious and enthusiastic creative do-er to join our Digital Marketing + Community team.
This role will be part of the day-to-day creation and management of Jibs’ marketing activity and calendar rollout. This role will partner closely with our founder and collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketing and sales specialists. Our internship program will provide an opportunity for you to showcase and develop your creative, social, communication, and entrepreneurial skills in a fun, local and thriving start-up environment. Be ready to dive straight in and come out super knowledgeable in the coexistence of e-commerce and fashion!

Time Commitment
February through June 2025 (with option to continue a junior/paid role in 2024)
15-20 hours per week
Primarily remote flexible hours, plus 1 on location meeting 1x per week

A little bit about the role Like a small rocket ship taking off quickly, we have plenty of activities that need to be fulfilled and thus be prepared for a fun, fast-paced environment. Equally we love to support personal passions and talents, therefore if you think you’re a pretty darn good writer, we’ll get you focused on copy; maybe you’re a wiz at visual design, you’ll knock out our ongoing content; or have a love to engage with people, you'll take a warm welcome to customer service and PR. Aka, you’ll likely do a mix of all this however we know when you do something you love, our Jibs fans can feel it radiate.
What you’ll be doing
- Creative and execution of digital content for social channels (Reels, TikTok, Emails, etc.)
- Inbound funnels and newsletters
- Affiliate and influencer sourcing/management
- Press outreach
- Journey blog content creation
- Seasonal/ongoing photoshoots
- Community engagement through social channels
